I like the fact that you're never intimidated by big repair projects like this.

"I don't want to drive it too much like this." . . . Proceeds to keep driving it. "Ok. Now let's check the diff oil."

Love it 😂

You have something jacked up in the transmission, sounds like a broken main drive gear or something. Love your videos, Joe, you aren't afraid to jump right in and troubleshoot an issue, and solve it. Thanks man!

Joe, I think your spot on about the broken trailer hitch. I’ll bet the previous owner towed something way too heavy broke the hitch and screwed up the drive train. Good luck….. With only 800 miles it was more than likely owner abuse!

Don’t leave me hanging, dude! I’ve got all afternoon to do nothing but watch your YouTube channel. Dying to know what’s wrong with that engine or transmission! Keep the videos coming!

I couldn’t do the UTV’s after about age 30 I was done with being a mechanic and went into HVAC. Auto mechanic is much more taxing on the body. The dirt bikes and 2 wheel older street bikes I can do, but no cars, quads, or UTV unless it’s just brakes or lights or something. I am 55 and my joints and everything are rough. You’re a one man wrecking machine man. You would have made a hell of a soldier-mechanic!

"Of course, it's in the engine" said so mater of factly I spat my cup of tea everywhere, a good cynical sense of humour emerging Joe, great content as usual .😂

Did you really think Joe that you could get a 15k machine from a Dealer for 3k and you wouldn't have to pull the engine? Seems like a trend. Thanks for letting us hang out in your shop today.

Love the videos, but dang, this is like the third one in a row that we couldn’t see/hear about the finished product. I just wanna see the damage and see it back in action! Make sure to keep us updated!

I know that you ain't going to give up no matter what.
My newest hobby is watching your diagnosis and repairing these machines that most give up on, even the dealerships.
Looking forward to you getting this one all fixed up. From what I have seen, this one was torn up by over working it somehow, pulling on something too big, hence the towbar is yanked slap off and the transmission got jacked up too.
Can't wait to see the guts in the transmission.

I have been watching your videos for some time, without ever having been the least interested in motorcycles, quads, engines and the like. I have never ridden a quad or a motorcycle, and most likely never will. I almost always fast forward when you are testing them on the field or in your garden. What I like is your analytical thinking when figuring out whats wrong with these machines (diagnosis), your skillset and knowledge, your dog, the complete lack of bluster and hyperbole. And the fact that I learn things while watching.

These things are so over priced it's insane. In 1977, I bought a new Dodge Ramcharger 4x4 with a 440ci engine for $5, 400.00. Yes, I know I'm an old guy for a UTV?

I can tell you from past experience with CVT drives that you’re going to find your problem in the drive clutch. Your primary off the crank is fine, the transmission clutch looks like it’s boogered.
