My two sons migrated back home after the Oregon wild fires destroyed all 3 of our homes. They were renters and I owned my home and land. My home was rebuilt with insurance and we are now building them each a cottage on my property. It has been a wonderful experience for me and hopefully for them as well. They each will have an unencumbered home to live in and my house can be income property when I die. We are all grateful for our circumstances unlike these brats…..
