Great post, Jerry. I've tried on and off with video but haven't been able to keep going. Life gets in the way. It was a lot easier when I had an actual comic book store keeping video posts around events. Tried to make a podcast with a friend a few months back and made eight episodes. Then, a storm hit ruining my parents' home, so I had to shift gears to moving them. I had also put my fitness on hiatus. I am thinking about giving video another go but focusing on improving my health again as a journal to share with people. I hope it helps inspire at least one person if they see my health improve.
