I love that Sinek finds something positive and admirable in every generation. He was always so encouraging and supportive towards millennials. His mission is to improve and help the younger generations, to help them flourish and to take care of them, because each generation is brought up in this world with different challenges and the world doesn’t seem to know how to help them. He sees that and puts pressure on older generations to do better for them.

Im gen Z. My parents are Gen X... they never have guided me, taught me, i don’t know whats inappropriate or appropriate in social situations and I’m very impulsive. I’m trying to do the best i can in my situation of life and i’m trying to become more optimistic. i’m an encourager and a lot of people do look up to me when something’s wrong in their life, even though i’m just their age or a bit older or even younger, it’s kind of sad because these questions they ask me is meant for parents and not some 16 year old. our generation has an addiction of social media because we have nothing to really do, a cell phone is in arms reach usually. time is being taken away from us because we have nothing to really do besides school, eat, sleep, repeat. its sad, and i wish i even had something to do besides sitting on this phone, but.. i dont

That which is “appropriate” is being challenged by the newer gens. The lessons are taught but the idea is that the applications of these “appropriatenesses” are either fascists and small minded or irrelevant/antiquated.

It's the hyper-political shit that divides us. And mental and emotional stresses. Maybe war would help them all see the bigger picture. Or maybe it'll make it worse for petty reasons. Common ground is of the utmost importance.

People normally don't teach because they are afraid. Afraid of losing their jobs, afraid that this generation might surpass them in any way. On a second note, do you believe in the existence of crystal or indigo people?

First off the world wants you to be a victim and ask them for permission to move ahead. They want you to be one a product of one camp or another. Which one does not matter it is the fact that the control you. Simple the social life of all humans that have walked this earth are the same. We want recognition, respect, value for who we are, new ideas, progress, understanding, and then love. we all want love and a social sphere to communicate these visions of who we are. Gen Z, Gen A, Gen OU812 it is all the same. Life progresses like a predictable chain. innocence, teen rebellion, growth, nurturing, old age, death, .. Each of us collectively never understand each phase of life we are at. We fight it but in the end we accept our fate to fade away. Life is fun, please have fun living it and s always see the good in people of all walks of life and cultures.
