I'm honestly so impressed that James managed to hold down a job while he was struggling so much, it shows how tough he is!! I'm so glad his employers saw his value as well and are paying for his rehab, that's absolutely incredible

Can you imagine how nice it’ll be to walk into this home after completing rehab? You helped this man get a whole new start in life! ❤

Please tell James that there is a woman in Alabama, USA that has prayed for him and wishes him a complete recovery and a peaceful life. You are amazing. After 24+ years in Social Work, I can promise your viewers that there are a lot of homes that get like this. The people are not bad people, just struggling. Thank you so much for all you do.

I've been silently watching your videos for a while now as I've been one of the people who used to suffer under these conditions. I was pushed to always clean at a very young age which deteriorated over time with my depression and anxiety growing and suddenly before I knew it my new apartment was in shambles and I thought I was never going to get better. I was so scared to invite anyone in and I was under the impression that I was the only one who suffered this way- I believed it when people told me I was lazy when all my brain did was shut down immediately at the thought of cleaning, as I didn't know where to start and it almost drove me to panic attacks.

When I invited my cleaner for the first time for help, I cried in front of her and thought I had to apologize profusely about what I did, why everything was in shambles, but she helped me and is still helping me to this day.

I watch your video to remind me that people like her and you exist, it reminds me of my situation and has made me cry and pusehd me to clean and the idea that people think this is staged... actually kind of offended me? Knowing now that others suffered this horrible fate- to think that this is staged is absurd, this real psychological problem that nobody wants to have.. just thank you Auri, you make so many peoples lives better.

These houses could never be staged because it takes months and years to get all these stains and dust. Love what u do Auri ❤

Dear Aurikatariina, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing this house cleaning service for free, I can see that it is your passion and it is a genuine charity from your heart, together with your friend. And special thanks to your fiance for being so supportive and understanding of you. Please do not mind those who say that it is staged, you are helping many people who are hoarders and with other issues as well. I am a bit of a hoarder too and I learn so much from your videos, I am inspired to do cleaning and decluttering though, not as expert as you. Thank you for your kindness, you are helping and saving lives more than you know. More success and power to your videos and hope many more will help you in your free cleaning services. And I hope James will soon recover and be whole again. Thank you so so much for all that you do! An avid viewer from the Philippines here :-)

Hearing that reaching out to Auri and her promising to come clean, gave him the courage to tell his parents about the whole thing, and to also seek treatment, had me in tears.

Hi Auri, I'm a psychologist and I've been watching your videos for a while now. It's indescribable what you're doing for people who are struggling.

This story proves that sometimes we need to take that first step and ask for help - something that a lot of people find so hard to do because their head is telling them it's a sign of weakness.

So showing them that no matter how bad things get they can always get better again, is truly a gift. Keep doing what you're doing! ❤️

Thank you so much for sharing yet another great video! I was amazed to hear that James had managed to do his job while having problems with alcohol - he is tougher and brighter than most! We probably won't ever hear how he is doing, but I hope he reads all the comments that people are posting. So many of us are rooting for him - I hope he is doing great and on his way to a better life for himself and for the people he loves and who love him back! Thank you so much for helping him, Aurokatariina!

As an fellow alcoholic in recovery as well, I can empathize with this client. Being sober for almost 7 months now, my apartment is much more clean. I still have a ways to go with the clutter and chores, but it is a work in progress. Your videos help me feel less alone and more motivated. Thank you for what you do. Bless you and James.

Thank you for your kindness. I've been living in a hellhole for months and every day it's just gotten worse and I've been sinking further down into my depression. This week I forced myself to invite a friend over so I'd have to clean. I've had your videos on in the background while cleaning as motivation. It's taken a few days and I've had to stop myself from cancelling the visit several times but I'm almost at the finish line. Thank you again for helping me see that I'm not alone ❤

Love how theres all of these other people who deep clean areas, for example, a toilet, and uses thousands of products for it. And we have Aurikatariina here who uses 5 things. Oven cleaner, dish soap, microfiber towel, scrub daddy (and scrub mommy or steel daddy, same brand) and power paste. It's great that she doesn't use all of these unneeded products. Thank you for yet another amazing video!

With your help, his supportive family and work, and the fact that he's currently in rehab, I'm 100% sure James will do great!

Canada here. I am always jealous of the bathroom floor drains you folks have. It is so satisfying to see all the water and dirt just flow down the drain.

A diabetic! I noticed the pen tips and old pens in the bathroom.

Dealing with physical and mental health at the same time is a lot. Thank you for helping him Auri

I am extremely thankful that when he reached out, he has been so well supported by everybody, including the employer. Unfortunately I know from first hand experience what it's like to reach out and instead be abandoned and shamed. It's cruel and painful and it hurts to know that it happens to many others too. So I'm always very happy when I hear that someone got the response they should do when they reached out.

i love that she doesn't make the entire house perfect. in one ofher videos, she answered why she doesn't clean the windows. first, she doesn't have enough time to entirely clean the houses. second, she just makes the houses liveable, not entirely hygienic. and i think that's beautiful because the cleaning she does makes the house owner/renter encouraged to keep it clean and tidy.
