RAW and HEALTHY FERRERO ROCHER.
You guys, you just have to try this recipe! It only contains 5 ingredients (and salt is one of them) so it is super easy to make while still being RIDICULOUSLY delicious! Completely raw, completely processed sugar-free and I guarantee you will love it!
16 pitted dates
175 g hazelnuts
4 tbsp raw cacao powder (can be exchanged to cocoa powder)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp salt
MIX all the ingredients in a mixer, but save about 75 g of hazelnuts for the filling and the toppings. Out of that 75 g set aside roughly 20 whole hazelnuts and chop up the rest. Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture and flatten it out to a circle and place one hazelnut in the middle of it and roll it into a ball. Then just roll the ball in the chopped up hazelnuts and move on to the next ball.
Store in the freezer or fridge depending on how long you wanna save them for (or how cold you wanna have them). Honestly, though, you will probably have a hard time saving them for later ;)
