Them older i5 are slept on. Even tho my old i5 8400 was released in 2018 it gamed all the way until last month

Molded sata adapters are a big fire risk even at low power draw. Better off getting a 1650 that requires no 6 pin, upgrading the PSU or using a Molex to 6 pin adapter instead.

For someone with a VERY tight budget, this is a top tier option. I5 8th gen is pretty decent and paired with a 1650?! It doesn’t get much better

Come on man, you should know that SATA to 6 pin is a fire hazard. A Molex to 6 pin doesn't even cost any more and its rating is sufficient.
