I feel Molly used Avada Kedavra as her first few strikes to show Bellatrix she meant to kill her, which made her hyper defensive for a one hit kill. Then she followed up her three strikes with a Glacius, which took Bella by surprise, as you see in her face she knows she just fkd up. And she finally finishes her off with a Bombarda so no one will recognize her, but the mess will be fairly easy to clean up.
