Ontology and epistemology, what’s the difference between them? #epistemology

Ontology and epistemology look at different elements of the social world. Ontology is about the “What?” question - When I look at the social world, WHAT do I see? Whilst epistemology is about the “How?” question, “HOW should I go about studying that social world?”.
