Homemade Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips

The recipe is quite simple. It involves slicing the potatoes, rinsing them in cold water to get most of the starch out, allowing them to soak in a salt and vinegar solution for half an hour, and frying them up.

Believe me, these potato chips are better than any chips you could buy from a store. The best thing is they are homemade. Give them a try and let us know what you think.

I dried mine using a salad spinner, making sure to spin several times and get as dry as possible. Resulted in no splattering and much much faster and easier method of drying them!!!

I live in Korea. Im from the UK. Salt and vinegar are like the national flavour in the UK. but in korea the ONLY got ones are lays. and the cost about $6 a bag.. so.. I decided I wanted to just make them myself at home for less than 25% of the price. Thanks alot! Great video c:
