Chef Floyd Cardoz just died of Coronavirus in New York. This is a sad day for Indian Cooking and all it's fans across the globe. May his soul rest in peace.

Andrew, I have a request: Would you please do an episode of Binging in memory of Floyd? He was an inspiration. It would really mean a lot to all those whose lives were touched by him and his food. Thank you.

This is the only guest star on this show that hasn't ruined the calming feel of the show.

The guest is so soft-spoken that I turned my volume all the way up to hear him (earbuds in) and lost my damn ear drums when the theme song started.

Still worth fresh Indian breads.

"You got to feel your food", as a bread baker for the last 8 years i can tell you this is totally true (and also a little therapeutic sometimes)

Made naan today.
Not perfect, but I'll keep at it.
He may be gone physically, but his wisdom will forever be passed on.

we really needed this indian series considering the variety and depth in indian cuisine not just being butter chicken and naan

"Getting Ur hands dirty" Americans and many western countries refer to this statement when they're asked to eat food by hand... How can food be dirty...dirt is dirty...it's food...!!! We're consuming it..what's wrong in touching it with hands.... U wash Ur hands it's gone..!!!! The people from all the Asian countries know that eating with hand has its unique feel..
