Let's change your name on Microsoft Teams in this quick and easy guide.

Microsoft Teams allows you to change your name to whatever you want. In this video, I walk you through the steps to change your profile name in the app itself you don't have to use a browser. You can also change your profile picture the same way. Keep in mind, if you're a student you may have some restrictions or limitations on your account that limits you from being able to change your name in school. If you're a guest you can set whatever name you want when you initially join the team or join a meeting. Also, while I did this on an iPhone, it works the same on an iPad and Android but also on a PC or Mac laptop as well in 2021.

There is not option of changing it mine is school account so I can't change, it seems like i have to take edit name permission from adminstrator

There's only "change option" in mst teams

People, I have the same problem to solve... but my problem is the name of organization, u know?

There's some configurations to profile self (self profile or home), there's another to profile professional also... I just thought that the name culd be change to each other accounts.

However, we're all in the same point, yep?
