its been 3 days straight and "connection timed out" blocks me from playing genshin from my mobile and laptop😔

Everyone having issues with "Network Error(403)"? Seems like this is the latest issue on this 1.3 update because It only lets me login if I use data but not the Wifi. If you think that this is just the same as what you've seen in this video, then it is NOT. Logging in is the issue here.

Now I know this problem might be from a completely different issue, but I've been everywhere else asking the same questions.
So basically I can't seem to get in the game for some reason... the game launches up till the gates where it says "click to begin", and then it just wouldn't even load the loading bar and proceeds to say "connection timed out" after a few seconds of white screen.
As far as I know, my internet is still working completely fine as I can still load in to other games and use the browser, and I know that there has not been any scheduled server maintenance or even an outage as my friends are able to play the game...

for android..i tried using airplane mode then turn it off back, then i open the game and it's working..i don't know if it will working for you guys

ugh why does my genshin impact account work on asia but not American? like i was playing perfectly on American server before and now i can’t play it. it makes no sense

I restart my phone and it got fixed
Correction: sorry my bad i made a mistake restarting your phone doesn't fix it so what i did to fix mine was long press the app genshin click app info and go to mobile data usage then disable wifi and enable it again idk if it would work for you but it works fir me everytime

What should i do, it loads until the loading screen where the symbol shows with a white background but instead it shows only the white background and load forever until the connection timed out shows up

bro please help when ingame i was downloading resources i accidentally changed the server from asia to america and now all the data downloaded of 5 gb has been lost and it started downloading from the start what to do to recover all data and start the download from that point

Hi! Im using iOS also. But my Genshin doesnt have “Local Network” options in settings. Can you help me with that? I think that’s the reason why I cannot enter the server. Thanks!

In my iPad the opens fine till the gate arrives and when i tap to begin the game it shows nerwork connection error

For those who use modem wifi.. You just have to restart it.. like unplug the cord. When you turn on the modem and then check the genshin, it will work ( idk, maybe its only me) but there's nothing wrong trying it.. also I did it everytime my mlbb wont start up and then itll work after that
