Automatically if a first time buyer has a down payment of 25, 000 Dollars. There goes the purchase price. They can easily kick a $100, 000 home

We the people are now going to pay for others to buy a home! We had to save. We moved into a popup camper and saved for 4 months so we could make a down payment. The generation buying homes and save just like we did. Ye those I’m saying this to are my own kids.
