Sir, your video was science based and accurate! Great Job. I have just discovered you on YouTube. In 3 weeks, I will be having surgery on my arm and shoulder to repair my rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon. I'm 65 years old but train like I'm still in the Army. Any guidance you could present to me to help me through this lengthy (6-9 months) recovery, would be helpful. Merry Christmas and God bless you!

Thank you for the video sir, I punched the machine without warming up and I have tendonitis because of this one mistake. I have been trying to fix it for 5 months and doctors usually send me back with ''Do ice therapy, use nsai medicine, rest'' they never give me this kind of golden information. I hope god blesses you with abundance. Also if you have any other advice I would appreciate it. I missed going to gym too much. I am still on recovery and I am going to the grocery store to buy the items on your list, god bless you

Thank you so much I got injured yesterday and ended up falling back onto my wrist my right arm is the most affected and my left wrist is painful I got X rayed on the day and got it checked out and I’m now going to follow this to heal quickly.
