Just saw this because I was asked to go find some good boss/bad boss situations and videos for a project and I stumble upon this? Haha it was really great! Only thing I'd suggest is the 'good boss' just need to be a bit more noticeable as the voice was a bit harder to hear. That aside, this earned my thumbs up easily! Really pro work :D

all bosses should be good, often when people are struggling to get stuff done its because they have a bit of difficulty or need more practice, not because they are lazy. All bosses have the right to show a bit of frustration at workers, but no boss has the right to humiliate the workers.

See I see its in the personality of a person . You cannot fake it to b good if you are not a good person.
So if you are building a team then look for people who are 1)Talented (Smart, sharp), 2)Honest ...If a person is honest then he will not compromise no matter how much money you give him 3)Nice human being (Kind, Humane values morality good to people who are weaker.poor and who would not give anything in return )...
Most of the time you would see all tis are very linked ....Now lets say you hire a very sharp person, but he is shrewd and mean you getting lot of business and opportunity trust me if he is mean to other then if somebody offers millions and position then he will sell himself .
So in Hiring a person you should put the Value of a person in top priority yes again a good person may also have lied for getting a job faking CV but that should be sen with the context his situation and crisis
So you want a Good manager hire a Good man plain and simple .

My boss just gave me a monthly review. She completely destroyed my confidence, even though everyone in the shop can see I'm doing well ad getting good reviews for Xmas. She's looking to get rid of me at the end of my contract. I don't wanna loss my job as I like the company I work for. She actually said to my face if I had my way I'd not keep you on. Even though I get asked to do lots of over time as well and I take it. I just dunno what to do. Should I talk to her or my store manager?
