Hey Candito please help me.

I watched your video on "How to lose weight by eating Taco Bell daily" and it hasn't worked for me yet. Ive been eating taco bell non stop everyday and i STILL haven't lost any weight. In fact I've gained 70lb over the past 4 months. I know the lack of results is probably because Im only eating there 6 times a day. I dont know why this is happening. So my question is, should i switch from the mexican pizzas to the crunchwrap supremes to start seeing some results?

Thanks man long time sub.

Been watching and subscribed to you since 2014, you've inspired me to start powerlifting. I just wanna take a moment to appreciate the effort you put into these videos all these years and the influence you've had on me. Thank you sir

When the most hard core advocate for the USAPL goes USPA you know they done fu*ked up. USAPL definitely runs very smooth meets but eventually uspa will catch on and with a tested and none test division I forsee uspa becoming more popular long term.

Camera ban is one of the least customer friendly things a meet can do. Pure greed

I’ve competed in the USPA my whole powerlifting “career” ( so a little over 2 years competing) and I love it. Granted, it does depend on meet directors, but I’ve never had a bad experience with the few different directors I’ve competed under.

I'm glad you spoke up bc you've given a lot of people courage to break the shackles of the USAPL and explore other feds

Love this timing! Thinking of doing my first meet in June and it’s USPA. Also on my first round of your 6 week program and loving it, so very excited to continue running it right into that meet 🤘🏼

Looking forward to seeing you compete in the USPA! I may have to come out to Indy for that one as I know Garrett Fear will put on a top notch meet.

I'm going into my first meet and its USPA in April. Already did peak with your 7 week program (pieced together thru videos) and ill do it just with a deadlift bar this time

I’ve been USAPL but am going to try the Garrett fear USPA meet as king as there’s still openings when round 2 starts!

Question for USPA boi from a non-USA based lifter perspective. I apologise it sounds blunt:

It seems the only function of the USPA is to give Powerlifters who disagree with the politics of the USAPL to have an alternative place to lift.

On the international front, the IPL is completely lame for international competition (bad presentation, weak lifters, poor media). The USPA is the only somewhat developed member federation of the IPL, and someone claiming they're a "world champion" because they won IPL World's is embarrassing and takes a lot away from the sport's credibility (IMO).

From the outside perspective, it looks impossible that the IPL will ever bring in the highest level of Powerlifters around the world.

Do you agree with the statements made? Is there a strategy/plan in order to make the USPA/IPL the world's leading international federation? What improvements are planned for future events?

Are they committed to making their tested division PED free and not just AAS free? I have heard a lot about SARM prevalence in DT USPA meets. Would they be interested in changing guidelines and standards for DT meets if an influx of lifters requested it or would they be seen as "unwelcome USAPL nerds"? The inflexibility of the EC seems to be the current gripe with USAPL.

I imagine you'll be getting a deadlift bar sometime soon. Will you see that impacting deadlift training in any fashion besides the technique changing slightly to accommodate the smaller diameter bar and greater flex?
