This is what a fitness influencer should be. Keep on inspiring the people Will.

Really feeling the emotion on this one. Will found his 405 which was 225 if or 496. People wonder why we compete in sports. Its about the journey, improvement and having fun. Its not even about winning as when you give it your best you already are a winner.

Never get tired of watching Will crush his personal goals. We’re all here for it man, that squat was honestly impressive as shit, and to see you take a step back and break down was humbling to say the least. Keep killing it.

Shoutout to whoever edited this. That quick match-cut to him alone in the training gym bailing on the squat and back to the competition was not only a dope-looking effect, but excellent storytelling.

That edit with you overcoming the failure with the squat and then reverting back to killing it. That was great, every PR will always be beautiful to one's self.

I did an adult movie once with no practice... Nailed it.

I cried watching will cry because i have never seen him cry ever, he is that fun goofy guy everybody loves but seeing him cry after he got that squat up, i feel so proud and hurt at the same time. Congratulations Will.

"I wanted that so bad." Those who know how powerful those words are and the emotion behind them know just how much that truly means. This is what life's about.

Never thought I'd have tears in my eyes watching a man lifting heavy. Honestly, what a great inspiration you are Will!.

I’m not a cryer but I started tearing up when he hit that squat PR. Such an awesome moment. I’ve been feeling sucky about my progress in the gym this past week but this just inspired me to keep pushing as hard as I can but not be too hard on myself.

I honestly started crying the moment he finished that 225kg squat. Good work Will, Ollie would be proud.

Watching him cry made me almost. I was diagnosed with MS April 2023 after my left arm and left leg went numb and “clumsy.” I couldn’t even military press a 25 lb dumbbells without my left arm flailing. I kept going to the weight room despite having to lower the weights. As I kept doing it, one day the flailing was no longer present. Eventually I hit PRs even! I remember after finally being able to bench press a plate on each side again for the first time months, I cried on that bench. I laughed and cried and smiled. My spotter thought I was just wiping sweat off my eyes but I was crying tears of joy. This video reminded me of that moment.

“Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits” (Will Tennyson)

This is what it looks like to be a good male role model. Being vulnerable, showing emotions and supporting your competition and being strong AF. Awesome stuff Will.

The scene at 4:58 was a literal tear jerker. No better feeling than knowing all that hard work and training was worth it. And to hear that crowd cheer on top, man. So proud of you Will. Let’s all make the boys we were, so proud of the men we are now

I took a 2 week break and benched 320 when i couldn't break 295. Squatted 405 when i couldn't break 365, deadlifted 425 when i couldn't break over 385. I knew rest was important, but this made me aware of fatigue. Iver been working out for 2.5 years non stop struggling to lose weight and get strong. Lost 84 pounds and raised my lifts from 95 bench and 125 squat in my journey. I wish the best to all that are still amid their journey, you got this bud. Most of the time you have to be your own coach and cheerleader, so leave out the ego and most importantly, the self doubt outside the door, and you'll become the person you always wanted to be.

"Dont limit your challenges, but challenge your limits" is really hitting home for me. I need to start challenging myself more. Great video!

I appreciate Will for keeping that part where he got emotional. It takes a lot to be vulnerable and the hard work paid off. Congrats again!

As a fellow dog owner "I'm thinking about my dog right now" hit me in the feels. Wherever he is, I'm sure Ollie's watching and is proud of what you've accomplished Will 💪
