For those who don't know, "Vixa" is just Poland's version of the stupid house/trance/techno phenomenon from the 1990's and Early-Mid 2000's. Gas masks, bright vests, glowsticks, and drugs. It was popular back then.
The word "Vixa" itself comes from the German word "Wischer", used to describe a wanker, or "having fun".
What you see here is the perfect representation of that. Still funny and memeical, especially for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
