The hanging E pawn speed run continues 😂, this opening is just cracked

Thank you!! Of all YouTubers I watch this is the most instructive. My elo is up!! I’m slowly mastering this… occasionally I make an opening mistake but I’m getting it drilled in my head. Up almost 300 elo.

Love your content. Looking forward to Eric’s sodium speedrun he announced the other day. That sounds challenging and exciting

This speedrun is apparently from before the world's new greatest checkmate in blitz history

I like how these games are broke up game 1, 2, etc...I use this opening now and I also use the stone wall. I was always a london player, so I have that opening up my sleeve to. Now I have good luck so far with the philidor, stonewall and london in that order. When I play black I also play the philidor and caro khan shout out to Eric! I have learned so much though through habits and these runs you guys do. Thanks a bunch to my Canadian bros.

58:57 Aman is the master of the deliciously hilarious awkward moment. 😆

Funny that in game four the opponent gave up two pieces for a rook on f2 in the early opening and in the endgame, "sacrificed" the rook thinking he was going to win two pieces in return.

I’ve been trying this opening and I always get stuck in the middle game where I don’t know where to proceed

As a low elo, anytime I see that knight plus bishop attack I start panic but after this series I just though, that's right it doesn't make sense to lose 2 pieces just for a pawn and rook, that's just equal but even with that they are giving 2 developed pieces just for a rook that wasn't doing anything at that point of the game lmao, and leaves their opponets with more developed pieces than them

I have learnt all my openings from Aman's speedruns. This opening hasnt worked that well for me. I find stonewall and french defence most succesful for me. I am at 1180 with a peak of 1409.

Game one I kept thinking you need a snorkel but then remembered that’s the wrong series.

You need to do a better job at explaining when to venture off of the opening, like in game 7 when you push the pawn to d5 then develop the knight on c6....I feel like the majority of people watching this video would of kept playing the opening instead of what you did.
