My husband just started working out at the oil fields and honestly I hold so much respect for all fellow oil field families out there. I'm not used to him being gone and it's been very hard sleeping alone, not hearing his voice, hugging him, having him there to comfort us, or to joke around and play with.... but going through this has shown me just how close and loving our family is. U think we wanna work in snow, rain, sun, (never dressed appropriately degrees out, were in our swampie wet coveralls for 12 hrs a we love our families and will do ANYTHING for them. different breed!
