I live alone and pay $1, 850 for my mortgage and HOA combined. I'm fortunate to make $28 an hour which allows me to pay the mortgage on my own. I also don't have a car payment, credit card debt, or student loan debt.

I was living with a roomate this past year. We paid $1, 600 a month, so $800 a piece. My car insurance just went up to $160 a month. Plus credit card and medical debt. I make $1, 200 biweekly. Just moved back to my moms a month ago and allows me to pay $300 a month and im so grateful. Im 30 years old and single and i never imagined this would happen. Life is simply UNAFFORDABLE. We need President Trump back so bad.

This is by design. We use fiat currency. There is really no lack. The lack is being manufactured.

I told my friends that we would be living in the Golden Girls era or the Golden Boys era. Each person will pay their rent. No more if I pay and you don't we get evicted. The property management will move another client in the space.

BINGO. You are on point 100% nobody is saying anything but people are struggling working too and three jobs and still not making it. The average job wants to pay $13 an hour but sorry to say that our race needs to wake up because we are the only ones that’s not trying to help each other as far as living expenses groceries etc. every other race is bundling together and making it work. Please speak on this again because this is a deep subject, and it needs to be addressed more because we are hurting in this economy. now did Covid is running rapid again, but nobody’s talking about it so again this is only going to make matters worse because people are not taking things serious
