Had no idea what to do. Our Toto sink has the mechanism inside the cast sink. Tried the rubber glove with some skepticism, but it worked! So easy. Thanks.

I tried the hammer hack but my neighbor complained so I ended up using the floss method. It worked. No neighbors harmed in the process.
