Why Marvel Kinda Sucks Without Avengers Films

Marvel Phases need to be ended with Avenegrs movies! We break down why this is what Phase 4 is missing, and what people wanted from Quantumania.

All the inter connectivity was one of the biggest complaints I heard about the first couple phases. It was “their just ads for the next movie.”

Perhaps. But a better idea would have been to just start a whole new team saga, starting with the Fantastic Four. Endgame was a good send off for the Avengers. It fulfilled their stories.

The main Avengers- Cap, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, and Black Widow- all had their arcs completed in Endgame, so there wasn’t much left to do with them. That should have been the end of the Avengers. Phase 4 should have been the (duh) Fantastic Four Saga, where every movie focused on introducing all the characters surrounding Reed Richards, Sue and Jonny Storm, and Ben Grimm, including Dr Doom, the silver surfer, and Galactus. There could easily have been crossovers with Spider-Man, Dr Strange, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, since a lot of the F4 story takes place in New York and in Outer Space. Hell, they could have even introduced the Eternals in there somewhere. All this would lead to a couple of big Fantastic Four team up movies, with Dr Doom and Galactus being the big bads.

From there, they should have moved onto the X-Men Saga, giving them the same Avengers and Fantástic Four treatment, leading up to a a few big team-up movies. Perhaps one could have introduced the multiverse, bringing back the Avengers and the Fantastic Four, which would all culminate in a humongous Secret Wars movie that would reset everything when it was all over. Then they could start rebooting everything and/or doing non-connected solo movies.

How is it that Kevin Feige couldn’t think of this???

It’s the lack of information crossovers, the whole thing in eternals not being mentioned in anything else, or no posters or ads of she hulk in any other films

Why are so many people hating on Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania, I honestly thought it was good... set up the new big bad villains, and introduced even more about the Multiverse. Only thing I would've wanted more would be Lois and the other BOYS from the original and sequal.

Let's get a She Hulk Deadpool crossover. Both of them fighting over 4th wall breaks and Deadpool having a witty remark for everything she says would be fun. Current Deadpool in general would be fun with any MCU character because he has the power to carry the movie himself and I just want to see more Deadpool.

It's the lack of planning combined with the belief that smug asshole equals good character, a la Widow, Cap Marvel, America, Scott's daughter, Strange, Wanda, and the list goes on. Everyone has either been forgotten, lobotomised, or become absurdly cruel.

The news avengers fighting Wanda was a great idea. They should have done that, but hopefully they just bring her back and Introduce mutants properly.

Even in a couple solo movies, a hero could’ve used backup from one or two Avengers
