This is incorrect. If you pause the video and use <> to navigate frame by frame, 15fps is taking 8 frames per update (should be 4), 30 takes 4 (should be 2), 60 takes 2 (should be 1) and 120 takes 1 (should be 0.5, but since youtube caps it to 60fps every duplicate frame would be condensed so 120 should also be 1 frame per update). This is actually 7.5fps, 15fps, 30fps, and 60fps from bottom to top.

Glad someone pointed out the fact that these comparison videos, have the underlying assumption that your screen is actually showing the number of frames per second that it is supposed to. I have the same problem with the comparison gifs. Testing this with certainty would actually require a proper experimental setup. There are so many assumptions at play when speaking of these things, whether we can see a difference or not. What if the number of FPS we can see is not constant, but varying, depending on concentration and complexity of the image? Or the change we are looking for. I'm not saying it is, I'm saying what if 😜😛🤩😍🥰

Youtube only supports only 60fps so there is no difference between the 120 and 60 on this video. Even if it was recorded at 120fps, youtube automatically reverts it to 60fps.

Wait, my youtube is 60 fps why is there a difference between 60 and 120?

Guys its half speed probably so we can see the difference. Actual 120 is 2 times smoother.
