Mai ginger ku kotkar shahed me duba kar rakhti hu 2 hrs.. Uske baad khay bahut relief milega khansi se..jitna ginger utna shahed same quantity...

Mix 50 gm each of saunth & Mulethi powder with 25 gm each of Haldi & black pepper with black salt, put one spoon of this mixture in hot water, boil, strain & drink sip on sip. Cold, cough, sore throat will vanish. Can take in morning & evening for two three days. 💐💐🙏🙏
