These all-natural homemade Honey Lemon Ginger Cough Candies have only 3 main ingredients and its takes less than 30 minutes to make.

1- Mix sugar and water into a pan and let the sugar dissolve in low to medium heat. For sugar free candy, you may use granulated sweetener of choice i.e stevia/erythritol blend or organic Erythritol in place of sugar.
2- Add lemon juice, ginger, and cloves.
3- Let mixture boil for about 20 minutes.
4- When the sugar is at the "hard crack" stage remove from heat.
5- Add honey and mix.
6- On butter paper drop mixture and let cool.
7- Dust with powdered sugar and store in a container.
