I sacrificed my time, energy to achieve some of my goals as succeeding financially, helping all my siblings through the years then I ended up at the age of 39 a single woman who always dreamed to be married and have kids so I think it was Not worth it!
Now I can’t buy back the time that I sacrificed!

Yeah, that and your mental health, physical health, relationships with your spouse/children will all be sacrificed. The people that are MASTERS at living life are able to balance their work life/goals with their home life/goals. The cost of greatness is great.

Just how many people (especially - the management) want something without paying for it or paying for the 'right' price - services, products, etc. For me, rather than arguing about what my worth is, I simply offer what they 'deserve', and that only. I either charge 'money' or 'time'. If you don't have / or are not willing to pay 'cash', pay the 'time' to get it. The worse place I've worked so far was they never wanted to invest either time or money. Rush you to death and cut the price in half. Never ever stay in places like that. Find somewhere and 'CHOOSE' your own employer or team members that click with you. I see a lot of people so easily become obedient 'Good' workers who just accept the self-worth that is defined by their bosses, managers, CEOs, etc. No need to argue and fight but simply never accept that in your mind. Then when you're ready to leave, just go. You'll find much bigger and better places. You only need to trust yourself.

Yes, economic value is subjective, any commodity (including labour) can be valued differently by two distinct individuals or by the same individual in two distinct points in time.

I would love to release a video on how this applies in “manifestation” culture. Every single manifestation we wish to achieve comes at a cost. Some of them we can afford and some we cannot. Imagine how many people have to sacrifice or get stepped on so that millionaires and billionaires can maintain their margins, for example. Yet we have people wishing to manifest their romantic “millionaire” status. Cost analysis is such a basic concept yet it comes with so many nuances. Simon articulated it perfectly.

True. I've never liked the idea of people giving free stuff to me. But that's mostly because if you get something for free, the person can ask for something in return later on, day/month/year idk.
One of my friends stopped smoking e-ciggarettes and didn't know what to do with it. I still smoke it, so he asked if i wanted it for free, it's a $100 battery, so not something you expect to be free. I gave him 2 Monster energy drinks in return, so i know it's a trade where both parties offer something.
I've also known the owner of a local pizzaria for several years and he's many times said "The pizzas on the house" to which i reply with "How much does it cost?".
