If you want to add a percentage sign after the numbers, just add this to the code shown in this tutorial:
.value.toFixed() + "%"
so the end result becomes:

effect("Slider + "%"

I need counter start from 0000 to 0100. Is there any method to display 0000, i tried but it only display 1 to 100 instead of 0001 to 0100..
