I'm at 20 min's in and as the washer is washing I can see it moving...(as I type this, I haven't watched the entire video) but I think those pedestals might be a problem (not sure) The absolutely PERFECT setup for front loaders is a concrete floor (which is what mine has always been on...and it's super steady 99% of the time...with a random slightly (but not crazy) vibrating load... I mean, the machine isn't moving or anything...just a slight vibration occasionally. Bro, it sounds like this machine is using a lot of water. I really like it. If you do end up getting bad shaking...I think the first conclusion to draw would be it's those pedestals.

I only use the app for software updates..also, wait until you have to change the pump…it’s a pain

It doesn’t scan my Costco liquid detergent either. I just left it on the tide setting. Clothes seem to be getting clean and there are no excessive suds

I'm sure you get this all the time - but how are things going with this machine? Any mold issues to report? We're trying to decide between this set and the LG equivalent, and I'm totally vapor-locked on a decision. We're coming from a Maytag top load set with a mold issue (yes, in a top loader) even after total disassembly and cleaning.

The light needs to be on so we can see the actual movement along with how much water is in there

Good to see people who are happy with their GFW machines... I sell a lot of LGs but the GFW has been my go-to for little old ladies who just can't bring themselves to buy "one of those foreign brands" (I've given up trying to explain that much like with cars where the american brands are the *only* ones not actually made in America, these GEs are made in China while the mid level and up LGs are made in USA lol)... any idea what caused the OOB condition in your 550? I'm assuming it was a recurring issue? I think you might be right about the pedestals, how sturdy are they? In situations where customers can't believe that capitalism has run *so* amok that a pedestal should cost $279, I've suggested they look into concrete pavers but (but only after consulting a licensed laundry practitioner lol.)
