We just purchased these and stacked them. When we wash anything it makes a very loud annoying clicking sound. How do we fix that?

I purchased the dryer and washer from home depot. Does it include the stacking kit?

My washer doesn't have the long top lip protruding out from the rest of the washer for bracket to go around. Bracket is in the same position tho.
