I know someone who has been smoking lately and he’s fairly young he’s doing this because he has things going on in his own life and he says it’s an “escape” from his problems. In reality it’s only causing more problems in the future. It might feel good in the moment but the aftermath is worse than before. We’ve tried to get him to quit but he just gets mad and it’s just getting worse. We really need to spread awareness about smoking, people need to realize that it doesn’t help it’s just hurting your mental and physical health. 😔
