Essential Business English 9 — Scheduling an Appointment

Each of the ten lessons begins with a fully animated dialogue, set in a fictional UK fashion company called Chic Boutique. The dialogue presents the key language you need to communicate effectively in a wide range of common business situations.

Each dialogue is followed by a Listen and Repeat activity, where you will be able to practise saying the key phrases.
