Essential Business English 6 — A Visit to the Warehouse

Each of the ten lessons begins with a fully animated dialogue, set in a fictional UK fashion company called Chic Boutique. The dialogue presents the key language you need to communicate effectively in a wide range of common business situations.

Each dialogue is followed by a Listen and Repeat activity, where you will be able to practise saying the key phrases.

Finally, there's a role play that will give you the chance to use the language you have learned in a more spontaneous way.

Each lesson comes with a 10-page PDF workbook containing numerous language activities, many of which can be done online.

In this lesson, new employee Claire Smith is shown around the warehouse by her manager, who explains a bit about Chic Boutique's logistics operations.
