Essential Business English 4 — A Telephone Call

Each of the ten lessons begins with a fully animated dialogue, set in a fictional UK fashion company called Chic Boutique. The dialogue presents the key language you need to communicate effectively in a wide range of common business situations.

Each dialogue is followed by a Listen and Repeat activity, where you will be able to practise saying the key phrases.

Finally, there's a role play that will give you the chance to use the language you have learned in a more spontaneous way.

Each lesson comes with a 10-page PDF workbook containing numerous language activities, many of which can be done online.
