Diesel, the main dog actor who plays Togo, is a direct descendant of the real life Togo.
Knowing that just makes me cry even more.
To see the tale of the most heroic animal in history being portrayed by his own descendant. 😢

You will always be remembered Togo.

The puppy flashback is a gut punch. I think we have all been there...

43 year old man. I don't cry. Ever.

This scene/movie turns me to putty. I blubber like a fish at this scene when the score kicks in. The heart of Togo, despite his injury. His unwavering loyalty and determination. His sheer will to stay by, be with, and protect his master, his friend, his dad, for all time, it just breaks me. I can't cope. Every. Single. Time. Puddle on the floor and complete "mush".

What a film. 10/10.

I have a Husky who is my first dog. This scene reminds me of him and tears me up. I love him so much and he’s changed me.

4:22 - 4:41 Togo: "You couldn't stop me from following you before, not even when you gave me away, and an injured paw won't stop me now either. *I'm* your lead dog, Sep', until the end."

Togo, always a hero, glad to see that one direct descendant is on the movie portraying you.
All the praises, all the glory should go to you, and in second hand to the other teams.
Thanks to you and many others that helped, a lot of lives were saved.
You were such a good boy and always be ❤

I lost my Jake 5 months ago. He was son, in every way that mattered. This scene is so moving because, at the end of his long, magnificent life, as he faded away I too played images of him as a puppy across my mind’s eye. Utterly heartbreaking. They nailed it completely 😔❤️🐺

I watched the movie again yesterday. and cried more than the first time I did. the thing is my dog has been suffering from liver problem for over 2 months now. thankfully he's almost fully recovered. was hell of a medication course and a patience test for me cuz I had to give him 10 tablets everyday. at a point he stopped eating and drinking completely. we almost lost him. so it kinda triggered all those emotions. may all the dogs who risked their lives for their humans, go and run in heaven filled with tasty treats.
