Hello, All of You, In this video, I am explaining the New legal Update, Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, 1908 - Supreme Court of India Latest Judgment 2023

Case: Geetha Vs. NanjundaSwamy (2023, SC)
Hon'ble SC held that, Application seeking rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC should be decided after reading the plaint meaningfully and as whole. Upon such reading, if the plaint discloses a cause of action, then the application must fail.

It is well established principle that a plaint cannot be rejected in part.
