अब प्लीज 1 वीडियो और बना दीजिए कि अगर plaintiff ने partition का suit डाला हो और defendant ने सिविल कोर्ट में अपने रिटेन स्टेटमेंट में forged photocopy of partition deed submit कर दी हो कि इस डीड के according इस प्रॉपर्टी का exclusive owner वह है और उस पर फोरेंसिक रिपोर्ट आ गई हो की plaintiff के साइन कॉपी पेस्ट किए गए है और FIR IPC 420, 201, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 में रजिस्टर्ड हों गई है और ओरिजनल कॉपी of partition deed के लिए defendant कहे रहा कि उसके पास नहीं है और ये पार्टीशन डीड रजिस्ट्रेशन act 17 के एकार्डिंग रजिस्टर्ड भी नही है तो हम defendant के case को CPC 7(11) की तरह किस ऑर्डर में application लगा कर close करवा सकते है क्योंकि 7(11) की application only defendant लगा सकता है तो plaintiff कोन सी application लगा सकता है
