Customs calculate BCD on product price + CIF (22%). Anything passing through Mumbai customs is being charged 28% flat IGST irrespective of HSN code.

@RoyTecTips I have a question if I order a used product from ebay what value should I declare the original price when it's was new or the price I payed for the used product also can i import used computer parts to india I did my own research it sed (The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a notification prohibiting the import of used or refurbished electronics and IT goods that have not been registered with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).)
