You don't tell how to assign a keystroke to the macro. That is what I needed to know.

I'm having problems. I created a letterhead and a fax and want to create a macro that allows me to open the letterhead or fax. Steps, after initial creation, include file>open>new from template and then select my letterhead dotx, then stop recording. But when I select the macro button, just a new document appears (no letterhead). Am I doing something wrong?

what version was that. It doesn't look like my version. Mine doesn't have a tools button.
