How to reset a MikroTik (hAP ac lite)

Performing a factory reset on a MikroTik (hAP ac lite) is easy.. Simply power up the device while holding the reset switch down, wait for the user LED to flash and let go us the reset switch. The unit will reboot with factory defaults.

thanks for this video, the instructions are absolutely wrong and was confusing the hell out of me.
It says to hold the button for 5 seconds once plugged in and it'll flash. but the reality is you need to old 8 seconds and the usr light goes off.
the instruvtions also says to hold 10 seconds to change mode, so i wasnt holding more than 5 to avoid putting it in the wrong mode.
