How to clear phlegm from your chest | Acapella, aerobika, flutter or other oscillating PEP device

Acapella is an adjunct and can be used to help clear sputum from your chest. It is used as part of a set of breathing exercises that loosens and moves sputum from your airways. These are repeated in a cycle until your chest feels clear. You can use the acapella in sitting or lying down.
