Hello, i moved to Vancouver WA and have the hours and classes done to test for 02. I need to take my test, but I've also been applying to jobs as an apprentice with experience, with no luck. I want to become an 01, but need a job now as an 02. Is there any programs that you know of or where to look for a job other than just call around? Also, do you know if the WA license can be transferred over to OR, or do i need to take the oregon test as well?
