Nec says when more than 4 wires go into a hole covered in spray foam, they have to be derated, that hple has like 30 wires going into it

If I was an inspector would question possible heat build up where approximately 27 NM cables enter thru hard to tell if one to four holes. Nice neat run.

I know the first thing my local inspector(s) will question & more than likely make us relocate is that abundance of NM Cable crowded on what looks to be like an entrance to a chase or raceway. I can hear it now… “do you how much heat that will create when those homeruns start getting real loads on them, then there is no way for those conductors to dissipate heat.” Looks clean but I learned the hard way, gotta make it clean while following you’re current NEC that you’re local city / town follows when permits were initially pulled. Don’t know what state thats in but most of Northeast doesn’t allow non insulated cable staples unless its old work that you can prove its old then it’s grandfathered in. Keep up the good work.

Nice job. Fiberglass boxes would really help with fire and sound and they look great too

What spray foam do you use around the receptacle and holes on the framing?

*_NEC_* will inform you that you can't staple flat cables on edge.
*_OCD_* will prevent you from doing it in the first place.

Why use 14 gauge? Will using 12 for everything cause issues? Or is it a price issue?

I’ve found Taking pride in your work isn’t just about making stuff look nice. How you do one thing is how you’re going to do everything. Sweat the little details and you won’t have to sweat the big stuff as much. “Do it nice or do it twice.”

My state requires staples to have insulation on them, but I’m not going to be ignorant like a lot of commentators and say you’re wrong because I think my state is the only one that does stuff right lol. Good job! Looks good.

Looks Like Staples Are further than 4 1/2 Feet apart?, a couple 2 X 4's can Fix if not. Looks Good, Seperation Keeps from Overheating..

What's the difference between a neutral and a ground?

We use conduits in some parts of europe for extra safety. Also it is much easier to rewire, no need to tear down the wall.
