Someone modded the added mod support tool and has found a way to be able to make your own terrain. Given enough time I have zero doubts we will see full blown modded campaigns and I have never been more excited for a game a year out from it’s release

Bro larian released a completed project and finished and fixed their bugs in a very timely manner and "accidentally" left the dev kit in the current build to give modders full access. They've done plenty for us

To answer your question the one mod I can't live without now that I have it is the full party mod... Makes resting a hassle but worth it to steam roll act 3 with every member from camp

The absolute gurantee for longevity in a game is encouraged mod support. Giving your players the keys to the castle is what made games like skyrim, minecraft, and so many others such massive longevity. And larian hid the key in the basement of thw castle for us to find and now BG3 is going to explode. I predict this will result in modding explosion
