Peter Thiel is getting out of hand (Mini Documentary)

During this time, he made a variety of very successful early-stage investments into companies like PayPal, Palantir, Facebook, SpaceX, Stripe, and Lyft just to name a few.

Today, Bloomberg ranks Peter Thiel as the world’s 288th richest person, and considering it all started with only a $1,700 investment, that could easily make Peter one of the great investors of all time.

This was a great documentary! He has some really fascinating investments people don’t talk about much, on really ambitious science and engineering projects. e.g. positron dynamics an antimatter storage project and Varda, a company researching zero gravity manufacturing in orbit

A piece of advise: Do a documentary on a big time player (whether its in finance or business) which you believe the little guys have a great chance at emulating. Show them how it was done and proceed to advise the viewers to keep an eye on such opportunities in the future.

Stupid comparison..compounding your own wealth by having equity in a fast-growing company is not the same as compunding investors' wealth in the stock market. By that logic, Elon Musk is the best 'investor' in the world, and you should be judging Buffet by how fast he gained his personal wealth, not how much returns he generated for his investors.
