He made billions like Elon by finding and funding ideas that government funding would increase a company’s value and worth and carefully using profits to pay back the US taxpayer for the funding. Then his big move was starting Palantir and getting contracts from the DoD worth billions for years.

He then took a page from Larry Ellison’s and Bill Gates move into grabbing big US government contracts.
