Hi Jason! I found out recently I am the recipient of the Grizzly Bandsaw. I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am. It was a very unexpected surprise, and I am very grateful. It's going to open up a lot of possibilities in my shop. Thank you!!!

Dude, next time you demo, give me a ring. I could have used all that wood. All of it. Made a grown man cry.

Man Jason, I know you think those shop tables weren't worthy of a second life, but I have no doubt there was someone, somewhere, who would've been honored to repurpose them. That really hurt to watch you cut them up. Also, those heavy-duty worktable casters aren't cheap. Again, reusing them (unless they, for some reason, weren't working any longer) would save you a couple of future bucks. Or donate them to some other woodworker who wouldn't mind saving $40 or $50 bucks themselves.

I cried a bit at all the furniture and wood that got tossed, but I love that all your equipment is being donated through thr jk foundation

WOW, what a shame, I guarantee someone would have loved those tables. Alot of woodworkers don't have an unlimited budget, to rebuild the tables, including wood, drawer slides, casters, was a good 1000 bucks. One man's trash is another man's treasure 😢

When I was a kid my grandparents bought an old halfway house. All the rooms had been walled into tiny quarters. They gave me and my cousins hammers and told us to go nuts. So thrilling for an 8 year old kid!

I love how you just tossed the YT plaques to the side like they don't matter.

Little dude is getting bigger every day! Wish I lived near you - I would have brought my truck and trailer and scrounged some of what you tossed. I understand why you did it this way, but doggone it! Good on you for donating the tools and such!

Ah man, so much good stuff being thrown out! My "vanden" senses were twichting. That was painful for a frugal wood worker to watch but I watched the whole thing. My favorite youtube channel. Thanks again!

When I was about the foreman's age in the late 80s, my dad replaced our houses 2 toilets with the new "low flow" models. He wasn't sure if the garbage men would pick up 2 toilets on the side of the road, so he looked at me and asked, "Do you want to smash these to pieces with the sledge hammer?". The answer was of course "YES!". So we flattened out the boxes the toilets came in and went to town smashing them to tiny pieces that we could then put in a can for them to haul away. I haven't thought of that in a looong time but watching the foreman demo that wall brought that memory back.

Watching you throw one pile of mess into another pile of mess made me roll my eyes, Jason!

I'd start with refinishing the floor and epoxy coating it. Just don't put flakes down in any sort of shop floor or you'll never be able to find any small pieces you might drop.

I, like so many people who watch you Jason, are so jealous of the space you have, but looking forward to what you do with it.
