I applaud this guy for being able to afford anything he wants. With more sq footage means more dust which turns into a lot of upkeep on the inside. So it won’t be looking like the inside of an old warehouse. 😂 Americans are obsessed with bigger and bigger houses and then complain about inside and outside upkeep. It’s cool to not have to go anywhere for things bc of the space but it gets boring unless you are entertaining guests a lot. Hope you really enjoy that house. ❤

Dumb question. How did a home that is not even built yet appraise for anything? Or was this a hypothetical “once we finish, it’ll be worth this” appraisal?

Look into the health risks living so close to those power line. We passed on a good deal recently because of that
