I’m aliergic to pollen and I also get hay fevers very quickly if pollen levels are soooo high

Another tip is is u really can’t get rid of stuffy nose move to a different location in the room. It always works for me bc whenever I go to blow my nose in class I move to the tissues and it goes, hope that helped!
